The Gel ensures that the device's electrodes can easily be glided across the skin for a smooth, effective treatment. And the non-conductive nature of the Gel ensures that the RF energy can penetrate deep into the dermis layer of the skin, without affecting the skin's surface. It also enhances results and allows for the perfect amount of slip throughout treatment, so it’s recommended to always have one in your skincare cabinet.
While it was initially designed to be used with the GOLD devices, it can be used with any of the devices.
One 50ml tube of GOLD Preparation Gel should last you for an entire RF-treatment cycle, which consists of 2-3 uses per week for a period of 6-8 weeks. Maintenance is required thereafter (2-4 times a month) if you wish to top up your results – in this case, TriPollar recommends always having a fresh tube on hand. Gel has a 12 month PAO after the tube is opened.
